Reiki is an energy healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow.
All life is energy. The universe around us is a vast flowing energy field with atoms and molecules that are in constant motion, even in solid objects.
Everyone and everything has a conscious spirit and energetically, we are all connected through energy strands. Because of this interconnecting energy, healing energy can be received when not physically present.
I am a certified Reiki & Crystal Healing practitioner who specialises in distance healing sessions.
In the same way that our physical bodies can sometimes need a boost or need some help, our energetic body is exactly the same. Our energy centres (known as Chakras) can become blocked, clogged, depleted or imbalanced from internal or external factors.
This will eventually manifest into our physical body and if we do not clear this energy, it can become very difficult to heal our mind and physical body.
