How a Distance Healing Session Works
The below is based on the ‘The Very Thorough Chakra Cleanse’ session and the ‘Aura Cleanse and Cord Cutting.’ The logistics are similar for the other sessions, but may not include the cards and sacred space.
Before the session starts, a sacred space (similar to the image shown right) will be created for you. As part of the session I will pull a couple of oracle cards so that you also get a message that is personal to you. As a connection is made, the space will be filled with the vibrational energy that is specific to you and then I start to tune in on a deeper level to connect with your energetic body.
The healing is non intrusive. I cannot see or hear thoughts or actions, I merely feel blocked or depleted energy channels.
More sensitive people may actually feel physical sensations during the healing (usually tingling or gentle heat), however some do not feel any sensations.
It is not essential for you to be resting during the session, however I do believe the connection is stronger when your mind is quieter.
Each healing session lasts approximately 1-2 hours (dependent on which session you are having) and is held approx 10am UK time or 10pm UK time.
I will require a full length photo to work from so that I can tune in to your energy. (Sorry for those of you that find this a little cringey!)
The donation price of a session varies dependent on the session chosen and can be sent via Paypal. If, for any reason, a connection can not be made I will return your donation.

Following the healing there may be a temporary release of energy which can be in an emotional and/or small physical form (such as tiredness). This is only temporary, but I always advise people that they may want to consider this when planning which day to have the healing. I just ask that you trust your body to release this so that you can move forward.
No two sessions are ever the same. People's spirits bring forth the energy that needs to be released. The key to healing is to forget what we think we need and trust what comes forth to be released and cleared.
Where available, a healing session can be scheduled for a spiritual occasion such as a new or full moon, an eclipse and/or equinox.
I will drop you a message 15 minutes before I start and again once I have finished. I follow up each session with a voice message explaining what I felt within each chakra so that you get to understand what happened during the session. I then send across a photo of the sacred space and the oracle cards and their meanings, for those that chose to have this feature included.
